These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by National Disaster Restoration Ltd (“NDR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, submitting an enquiry, or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
NDR offers a range of specialist restoration services including, but not limited to:
- Water damage mitigation and drying
- Fire and smoke damage decontamination
- Trauma and biohazard cleaning
- Contents restoration, BER classification and handling
- Vehicle decontamination and drying
- Emergency response and supporting documentation for insurance claims
We reserve the right to modify or enhance our service offerings at any time.
2. Engagement & Acceptance
By contacting us, scheduling a site visit, or authorising works, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Where you represent a third party (such as an insurer, council, or housing provider), you confirm you have the authority to act on their behalf.
All work is subject to our availability, site access, and an agreed scope of works.
3. Service Fees & Payment Terms
Estimates & Pricing
An estimate or formal quotation will be provided following an initial assessment. The final invoice may vary depending on actual site conditions or changes in scope, which will be communicated promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any others you accept].
Late payments may incur interest or administration charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and timely access to the affected property
- Ensuring that utilities (e.g. electricity, water) are available where required
- Informing us of any known hazards or restrictions
- Obtaining any permissions, consents, or permits (e.g. landlord or housing association approval) prior to work commencing
We reserve the right to suspend or decline service if a site is unsafe or non-compliant.
5. Insurance Claims
Where restoration work relates to an insurance claim:
- We can liaise directly with your insurer, loss adjuster or appointed representative if requested
- We provide supporting documentation (e.g. moisture reports, BER lists, photos) to assist with claim processing
- The client remains ultimately responsible for payment unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the insurer
We do not guarantee claim acceptance or reimbursement by insurers.
6. Liability
While we strive for excellence, NDR shall not be liable for:
- Any pre-existing damage not caused by our work
- Secondary damage caused by hidden conditions or delayed reporting
- Losses outside the agreed scope of works
- Consequential losses or third-party delays (e.g. insurer authorisation)
Our liability is limited to the total value of services rendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may cancel work in writing prior to commencement. If work has already begun, cancellation may incur charges for labour, materials, or travel already incurred.
We reserve the right to withdraw services at any stage due to safety concerns, breach of agreement, or non-payment.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Any personal or property-related data shared with us will be processed securely and only for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and downloadable documentation — remains the intellectual property of NDR and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
